Run with us at the biggest running event for kids in Hessen

Experience a special sports event this year and take part in the Mainova Mini-Marathon. You will run one thenth of the original marathon course – that is 4.2 kilometres on the same track through the city as the grown-ups run. Just a lot shorter. Cross the finish line with the red carpet in the Frankfurter Festhalle where thousands of spectators welcome you. Shortly afterwards you can watch the pros run through the same finish gate you just went through. 

Everyone gets a goody bag, a medal, something to eat and drink and a certificate to take home right away. 

The first three finishers in every age group get a free ticket for a home game of the Basketball team Frankfurt Skyliners. The best five school teams win money prizes for their school. 

Start is on October 28th at 10.55am at the Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage right at the Festhalle Frankfurt. You must be between 10 and 16 years old to start, that’s when you were born between 1996 and 2002. 

Register online until October 7th for 8 euro. Late registration at our help desk on October 26th and 27th cost 10 euro.

Last year we had 3000 youth runners at the event. Perhaps this year there will be even more. Get the word out and ask your friends, your school class or your sports team if they want to join. Information brochures and posters can be ordered for free by email () or phone (069-37 00 46 80).
