Already more than 12,000 entries for the BMW Frankfurt Marathon

It just goes on and on. The BMW Frankfurt Marathon is more popular than ever. The city of Frankfurt is approaching its largest marathon event since the inception in 1981. "It's incredible what's happening here. The numbers we are getting every day exceed my expectations", says Race Director Jo Schindler. Compared to the same time last year the BMW Frankfurt Marathon had only 9.900 entries so far. "It is fantastic how many runners want to take part one year after our 30-year-anniversary event and reach their personal goals in hopefully perfect weather conditions again", says Schindler.

This bib number "12000" has only a symbolic character.
