This year High5 is an official partner of the BMW Frankfut Marathon and will provide EnergyGels along the course. At the aidstations from KM 20 onwards High5 EnergyGels in assorted flavours will be ready for the runners. Here you find an overview, where EnergyGels will be handed out as well as an nutrition-guide for the BMW Frankfurt Marathon.The EnergyGels contain no artificial colours or flavours, are very light on the stomach and provide quick energy. One EnergyGel provides the body with 23g carbohydrates.
During the marathon weekend, High5 will be present at the expo to inform runners and answer every question they have.
