For the fifth time the BMW Frankfurt Marathon presents an exclusive competition for managers from middle to executive level with an incredible prize. This year the fastest “Marathon Managers” win a trip to the Mauritius Marathon in July 2013. Included in the winner’s package is the flight, your stay in the hotel “Tamassa”, therace entry, the pasta party, the gala dinner and all transfers for the winners plus one person of their choice.The course of the Mauritius Marathon is internationally certified and is always good for a personal best. The race starts on July 14, 2013 and features one of the most beautiful tracks in the world. The course consists of 42 kilometres of coastal road along the lagoons of the island, it goes through an UNESCO protected site and ends with a memorable finish on the beach.The Marathon Manager competition has been a success story and will be part of the BMW Frankfurt Marathon on October 28, 2012. Last year 429 managers participated. The fastest woman was Carola Bendl-Tschiedel from Vienna/Austria who broke the Marathon Manager course record with her personal best (2:48:53). The fastest man was Marco Schwab, a construction engineer from the region who finished in 2:25:49. “The feedback we got from last year was so overwhelming that we decided to partner with the Mauritius Marathon again”, says Race Director Jo Schindler.Second and third places will win a trip to the Barcelona Marathon respectively the Vienna Marathon in 2013, both including the flight and a two-day stay in a hotel
